As an OR Medical Engineer, you will contribute to OR efficiency projects for hospital customers in Europe and North America. You play a key role in our customer projects, as you are the main interface with surgeons, OR managers and OR staff. You will spend a significant amount of their time in the operating room and hospital, capturing efficiency and ergonomics data, analyzing this data, proposing improvement roadmaps, and implementing these. As is a fast-growing and evolving company, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and take on additional projects in marketing, product development, training and sales.


  • Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience; preferably technical or (para)-medical
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Other languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
  • Experience with consulting, process improvement, the medical market and/or the OR are an advantage
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 25% – 50%
  • The possession of a European B driving license
  • Eagerness to spend time in the operating room
  • Ability to work independently
  • The analytical capacity to interpret operational excellence data accurately and in a solution-oriented way
  • Customer oriented & adequate presentation skills
  • A confident and diplomatic communication style
  • The curiosity and openness to learn every day
